Please fill out the following form to request a welcome packet for your property. This welcome packet will include more information about us, a lease and everything that you will need to know about our services.
First Wash Coin Laundry Systems Offers:
- First Wash will enter into a Standard Lease of Laundry Space
- First Wash will pay 50% of gross receipts or a fixed rate
- First Wash will install new Speedqueen commercial washers and dryers, thereby providing better energy efficiency and fewer service calls.
- First Wash at its option will install bill change machines
- First Wash provides 24-hour service response and toll free contact numbers on each machine
- First Wash will install operating instructions in each laundry room
- First Wash will provide folding tables
- Maintenance including cleaning of laundry room(s) drains, dryers and vents
- Painting of laundry rooms, installation of our equipment with the removal of the previous vendor so there will be minimal interruption of service to your tenants.
